Kundeanmeldelser

(5/5) To me, Tir strikes the perfect balance between world-class copenhagen baking and the sort of home-y vibe of eating something a friend baked for you... if your friend was EXTREMELY good at it. The sourdough bread and buns are super yummy, chewy, and flavorful. Pastries are also fantastic and quite distinct from what you might find elsewhere. The only downside is it is a small bakery and therefore there are somewhat short hours and they sell out fairly early. There is a single small table where you can eat pastries and have a cup of coffee, but I would always take away.

(5/5) Really really great buns. Crunchy and flaky outside, almost like fried chicken lol and super nice spongy and moist inside. Perfectly fermented. The size is okay and their butter and cheese pairing is good too. Close to my office and their coffee is cheap. I will come back to try their other stuff too.Prices are really good.

(5/5) Really cute little coffee shop with one table and 4-5 stools, mostly buns and pastries to go.Coffee is always filter only, but they do have milks and creams to add.Morning bun with or without cheese, and various pastries are available, as is bread. The cardamom bun was woven and covered in a sweet syrup that was just the right amount of sweet and sticky. There were seeds on top. There was also a similarly baked cinnamon bun, and some traditional Danish pastries.Atmosphere is simple chic.

(4/5) We came on Sunday 15 mins before closing and it was almost sold out. We were suprised it closes already at 13:30. We managed to het the last two cinnamon buns. We were wondering if it is the same bakery as at Sjaellands Odde as in my opinion it is the best bakery in Denmark. The buns were good but were not as good as we remember them to be in the other place. Also super small. We will need to come again another time to try more pastry.

(5/5) Delicious Festalanbolle, cream filled pastries the first of the season, so fresh& delicious! Had been on my list to try at the location in North Zealand but never had the chance to visit. Both the pastries, one with Vanilla Chocolate Plum & Bergamot Wid blueberry & Fig Leaf were soooo good!

(5/5) Their bread make our weekend brunch at home exceptional!Fresh and warm in the morning:Sourdough Bread 💯 Brioche 💯No need for pictures, I bet everyone knows what sourdough bread and brioche look like. You need to try and taste the difference

(5/5) hav tried so many bakery shop in town, this place has the best bun w butter & cheese in town :). The bun sold out quite fast, better get it early in the morning

(3/5) Great buns and fine pastry. However, the service was horrible. No hello and no thank you, the bread was just thrown in front of us. Seemed like they did not want us there - quite uncomfortable.

(5/5) This is hands-down the best bakery in Copenhagen. The bread is exceptional and the bakery uses organic flour, unlike many of its competitors -- including Hart. Since we discovered Tir, we don't buy bread from anyone else.

(5/5) Best bread in town. Definitely try the sesame seed bun, also the sourdough loaf is fire

(5/5) Our go to bakery in Frederiksberg!! I love everything especially the BMO & Tebirkes

(5/5) So many great artisan bakeries in Copenhagen, but this one stands out due to the experimental use of flour types you don't get to taste anywhere else. It simply makes Tir's bread taste better!

(5/5) Tir is one of the most wonderful bakeries in Copenhagen. Highly creative baking, such as the Tirbirkes, which are a delightful interpretation of the classic Danish Tebirkes. Tir uses excellent raw materials, and their attention to organic ancient grain varieties used in products is second to none in Denmark. Overall, a place that is gently and carefully steered by its patron, Louise Bannon. Her love for baking reflects in the breads and pastries, which safeguards the quality of Tir's products from becoming a commodity, and inspires awe for the the work that is done here.

(5/5) Bergamot milk buns with cardemon and raisins are delicious!

(5/5) Very hearty and delicious... .

(5/5) On the expensive side and definitely weird opening times, BUT, bread is a dream. Just had one of the best cinnammon buns ever. Definitely worth a try

(5/5) Their bread is next level good. Crusty and bouncy on the inside. Needless to say that their morning bun only needs the simplest of ingredients.

(5/5) Little gem of a bakery. Super sweet people running the joint. They’ve got a take on a tebirkes that’s godly for anyone that loves frangipane.

(5/5) Best pastries in Copenhagen and it’s not even close !

(3/5) Good for bread, pastries are not tasty and also pretty expensive

(5/5) Best bun with cheese I ever had in cph ✨🤍

(5/5) Great bread

(5/5) The best sourdough I have ever had in Copenhagen !

(5/5) Local gem that is also a destination bakery. So lucky to have this in town!

(5/5) I thought I had reviewed this gem last year when I visited Copenhagen for the first time (that was 8 months ago).Sorry for this long awaited but deserving due.The bread + butter + cheese breakfast is to die for.Like I mentioned, I was here last year and now when the opportunity came again to travel to Copenhagen last week - I knew that one hassle will be less this time - finding a place for a breakfast.Again, Tir did not disappoint. The breads, buns, staff everything was perfect as it was before. This would be my always go to place for a breakfast when in Copenhagen.

(5/5) For this bread, it is worth it to come to Copenhagen

(5/5) Bedste surdejsbrød i København
